WEEKLY BETTING LINES DONE, by Luke Maiers and Austin Brown.
Last week was a kick to the shorts when Butler made two free throws with one second left to cover against Xavier, that’s how close AL-right picks was to having a winning record. .500 records are not acceptable for Austin and I. We hold ourselves to a high standard when it comes to telling you who to scream at the TV over. If last week’s picks were a beer, they were a full blown Hamms. Just about as shitty as they come.
I’m promising this week though that you should put your house up if your following our betting lines. That’s how confident that I am that we have a perfect week. Some call me ballsy, I call it blind confidence. Let’s get right to the part where we make you money. Here is this weeks picks.
Austin Brown
Baylor -2.5 @ TCU: This is any easy one. Everyone is too high on TCU and too low on Baylor right now. Johnathan Motley bout to have a field day in Ft. Worth.
Louisville +4 @ FSU: The Noles haven’t faced a defense like Louisville yet. You know it’s irking Pitino that nobody is talking about his team as contenders. Look for the Cards to make a statement here.
UT Chattanooga -10 vs. Samford: UTC is one of the most underrated teams in the country. I’d take them at home against anyone in the Southern Conference.
SMU -8 vs. Houston: The Stangs have been murdering everything in their path lately. Except their loss at Cincy, they’ve won every AAC game by double digits.
UCLA -6 vs. Arizona: Bruins are playing as well as anyone in the country right now. I’m not sold on Arizona at all. Give me Lonzo and the points at home.
Luke Maiers
Marquette +7 @ Creighton: Creighton got a kick to the crotch last week with the loss of their leading assister on the season. Maurice Watson Jr. was a big part of this team, sucks that he ended his year like this.
Oklahoma State @ TTU -5: I love me some Tubby. He is one of the few coaches I will never bet against, plus Okie State is on a miserable losing streak. Tubby’s boys cover.
UNC-16.5 @ Boston College: I think this Tar Heel team is the real deal, and I just don’t see BC stopping their big men down low. Looks like Roy Williams is going to get win 801.
Texas @ Kansas -15.5: This is one of the better back courts that Bill Slef has ever had and Kansas takes on the Longhorns at Kansas. No way the Jayhawks don’t cover.
Georgia +2 @ Texas A&M: Georgia is kind of always that annoying team in the SEC. They will win some games they shouldn’t, but outside of Kentucky, this conference is not very good.
