Von Miller Over 3.5 Total Tackles +125
There’s a few factors I like about this bet. First off, Miller had eight games over 3.5 tackles in 2021 between the Broncos and Rams. I also am taking into consideration that the Rams offensive line has regressed over the offseason. They lost Andrew Whitworth and have Joe Noteboom starting at left tackle who played only 174 snaps last season. Even at 33, Miller is very efficient, that’s why I like him over 3.5 tackles at +125.
Josh Allen Over 35.5 Rushing Yards -135
While Lamar Jackson and Kyler Murray are the best scramblers in the league, Allen is one of the most pure runners when his number is called. In 2021, he rushed for 763 yards and had thirteen games over 35.5 rushing yards. With his history of running and not getting tackled immediately, this bet feels automatic.
Matthew Stafford Over 1.5 Passing Touchdowns -165
This is a great bet here. While both teams have solid defenses, I think we could get a shootout that’d make any Big 12 coach proud. Stafford has a cavalcade of weapons like Kupp, Robinson, Akers, and Higbee and in Sean McVays system, the pass game comes first. In seventeen games last year, Stafford passed for over 1.5 touchdowns so the odds are in his favor.
Tyler Higbee Anytime Touchdown +210
With so much attention being turned to Cooper Kupp and Allen Robinson, Tyler Higbee is primed to score. In 2021, he caught 5 touchdowns, but is still highly productive, especially around the goal line. I don’t know when he’ll score, but I could see it coming off of a big play and the Rams offense going quick and hitting Higbee on a drag or hitch. This feels like the best risk/reward anytime touchdown bet tomorrow night.
