Will Levis Over 10.5 Rushing Yards -115
In his first NFL game last week, Will Levis balled out. He exposed the Houston defense through the air, but I’m not betting on his arm tonight. Let’s talk about the legs. Levis rushed for 11 yards in last week’s win and I’m betting on his rushing over of 10.5 yards. Four quarterbacks this season have rushed for over 10.5 yards against Pittsburgh, and while I realize the NFL is a different animal from college, Levis never feared taking off to pick up some yards. The Steelers pass rush off the edge will push Levis up in the pocket and will lead for him to take off and use his legs.
George Pickens Over 52.5 Receiving Yards -115
George Pickens has been a menacing force against opposing defensive backs this season. He’s tallied four games over 52.5 receiving yards and averages 7.57 targets per game. Eleven players have gone for over 52.5 receiving yards against the Titans poor secondary who also just dealt Kevin Byard to the Eagles. With that loss and the Titans history this season of wideouts having great games against them, I think Kenny Pickett finds him early and often for big plays.
George Pickens Any Time Touchdown +165
Yes, I’m doing it. No, I’m not a mad man. I’m taking not one, but two George Pickens props this evening. Tonight, George Pickens is going to get his fourth touchdown of the season. Tennessee does a good job keeping teams number one wide receivers out of the end zone, but struggles against teams number two’s. Allen Robinson is the Steelers one and will matchup against Sean Murphy-Bunting which allows Pickens to have a matchup against the struggling Kristian Fulton. When Pickens finds pay dirt tonight, you can thank me.
Kenny Pickett Any Time Interception -105
I’ve just gushed for two sections about one of Pickett’s weapons, but I do think he’ll throw an interception tonight. He has 4 on the season and hasn’t thrown one in three games. That only means one thing — he’s due. The Titans have only picked off 2 passes this year, not great, but that only means one thing — they’re due. This whole bet is formed off the basis of players “being due”. Is it necessarily a smart strategy? No, not at all. But we’re trusting the gut and praying that a lot of people are due this evening.
Arden Key Over 0.25 Sacks +150
It’d be easy to take a T.J. Watt anytime sack, but I’m anti-easy. We’re taking Arden Key over 0.25 sacks. He’ll see favorable matchups against Pittsburgh’s lackluster offensive tackles which’ll spring him free for a sack tonight. Chukwuma Okorafor has a PFF grade of 60.8% and has allowed 2 sacks. His counterpart on the left side of the offensive line, Dan Moore Jr., is substantially worse. He has a PFF grade of 40.8% and has also allowed 2 sacks. While Harold Landry or Jeff Simmons gets to Pickett first, Arden Key will follow suit and get a sack (or at least half a sack) in the stat column.
