The Charlotte Hornets have arguably the best jerseys in the history of the NBA. Who doesn’t love the classic pinstripes? Then came an era of darkness known as the Charlotte Bobcats before the Hornets were finally brought back home.
Since the return of the Hornets in Charlotte, the uniforms have been lackluster. It’s been known that the fans wanted the classic pinstripes back for years and the closest we’ve come are throwback jerseys worn for a handful of throwback games throughout the regular season. Until now.
The Hornets have been teasing this reveal for a couple of weeks on Twitter and the announcement went public this afternoon. They’re a nod to the classics with a modern twist, and they are BEAUTIFUL!
The Hornets are great at messing up everything they do but not this time. They absolutely nailed these. Look at Cody Zeller! With that jersey on, he’s looking like an American sex icon. Then we have PJ. Dude looks like he can take LeBron in the post. Are you kidding me with that white jersey? Cleanest look in the NBA.
