Feast week has come and gone, and what a week that was! Between the upsets, and all of the bets won (and lost, but we don’t talk about that.) The matchups were phenomenal and the multi team events lived up to some of the hype. We now move one step closer to conference play! And with that being said, here is Coach Dan’s Top 25 for week 4!
Top 25:
- Purdue (6-0)
- Duke (7-0)
- Gonzaga (6-1)
- Baylor (7-0)
- Arkansas (6-0)
- Villanova (4-2)
- UCLA (6-1)
- Kentucky (5-1)
- Texas (4-1)
- Indiana (6-0)
- Arizona (6-0)
- Kansas (5-1)
- BYU (6-0)
- Alabama (6-1)
- Florida (6-0)
- Wisconsin (5-1)
- Michigan (4-2)
- Houston (5-1)
- Saint Mary’s (6-1)
- Memphis (5-1)
- USC (6-0)
- Seton Hall (5-1)
- UCONN (6-1)
- Auburn (5-1)
- Iowa State (6-0)
There was a ton of movement in this weeks Top 25. Looking back from last weeks poll, I wanted to have Kansas fall even more, but knowing the Jayhawks they will stick around and eventually find their way back into the top 10.
Even though they knocked off the top dog in the basketball world, I still think that the Boilermakers are THE top team in the country. There are the top three here in these rankings, and then there is a gap, and then there are the rest.
Let’s all hope and wish for winners, and some great matchups as we see the annual ACC/B1G Challenge this week. There will also be the Big East-Big 12 Battle. We will see Florida face another tough opponent in Oklahoma, where Oklahoma State will host a very gritty Wichita State team.
