Coastal Carolina just finished playing in quite possibly the best game in the history of college football.

You may be asking yourself, what’s so great about a 22-17 game, well there’s no real way to explain it other than it was the battle of the “Mormons vs Mullets”.

I am a sucker for a good t-shirt. I am also a sucker for a historic college football team being good. In this game, we had two of those teams.

Now, none of these teams are CFP worthy. I thought that BYU was going to roll this team and that obviously did not happen, so we are now all in on Coastal Carolina.

By the way, how fucking cool would it be to go to school at Coastal Carolina? Oh, you just finished your math class? time to go sit on the damn beach. Imagine being a star football player at this school.

A quick note to the editors, I am drunker than holy hell as I am writing this so if this is complete bullshit, feel free to just ignore the existence of this article.

Anyway, Coastal Carolina is in like their 4th year being in the FBS and they are going to crack the top-15. It just so happens that they are doing it while pretending that mullets are cool. I couldn’t imagine not rooting for this team.

I go to school at Ohio State, so I am familiar with winning (sick brag dude.) I always imagined that going to a historically average football program and they turn out good is one of the best thrills you can experience. And these assholes get to do it at the beach.

I love this Coastal Carolina team so damn much and I am wishing for nothing but the best in the coming weeks.
