On Saturday the South Carolina Gamecocks pulled a huge upset over the highly-touted NC State Wolf Pack, winning 35 -28. This win would not have been possible without stand out performances from South Carolina fan favorites, QB Jake Bentley and WR Deebo Samuel. Samuel started the game off with an absolute bang, returning the opening kick off for a 97 yard touchdown.

Meanwhile, sophomore quarterback Jake Bentley also showed out, throwing 3 touchdown passes against the Wolf Pack, two of which were caught by none other then Deebo Samuel.

 

I’m certainly looking forward to seeing more out of these two studs and I’m sure they are going to provide South Carolina Gamecocks fans with plenty of exciting plays this season. Can’t wait to see what these two guys can do with the remainder of their college years.
