Ohio State has been running through all of the Big 10 with relative ease. Yesterday it was a 73-14 thumping of Maryland that had one recruit rethinking his decision to commit to the Maryland football program.
The “No further questions please” has to be my favorite part. Now, this tweet came around 1:45 p.m. yesterday, so that would be right around halftime of a noon kick. The Buckeyes led the Terps 42-0 at that point.
Ohio State has been damn good this year, but getting a recruit to de-commit from the school you’re facing is an all-time move. I can’t blame Jordan White for wanting to avoid going to the Horseshoe and getting absolutely demolished for four quarters every season. Not to mention, Maryland is now 3-7 on the year after a 2-0 start. White is an offensive lineman so he probably saw the seven sacks and wanted no part of it. Oh, and that was without Chase Young.
