Case for Villanova:

Nova is the most complete team in the tournament, they can go down low and beat you. Then, once you start protecting the rim hard, they will take the ball to the 3-point line and start nailing those shots as if they were free throws. Villanova seemed to have their “bad” game in the tournament last game, where they still beat a good Texas Tech team by 12.

Case for Kansas:

Kansas is an odd team; they don’t have the size to match up with most schools, but when they have Svi Mykhailiuk playing down low, defensive teams don’t expose it. Malik Newman also hit his stride in the tournament and has been playing like the 5-star stud that most people thought he’d be at Mississippi State.
