I’m starting to see the vision. With every passing day, my optimism for watching college football is waning.

This recent news doesn’t help.

Now I understand that a school like Harvard is not desperate for the revenue earned during a football season like Power-Five schools are. But this news is very troubling to me.

I have been on record saying that the odds we get a college season are lower than we think. I just don’t see how this can logistically work.

If we are not even fully cleared to go to bars, restaurants, and even classes how are we expecting this to happen?

Student-Athletes will be going from campus to campus for competitions and coming back to their own campuses where they will have to attend some in-person classes. Not only that, but all media members and other approved persons will be doing the same thing.

So let us think about this logically, how can we expect athletes to travel all around the country and then during the week, be amongst the student population? The NBA and MLB have a better chance of success because they are isolated from society.

All I am trying to say is, lower your expectations on watching college sports this fall.
