4. Luke Altmyer – Ole Miss

He is a former three-star recruit and to date has played 38 games for Virginia with over 9,000 yards passing. The Cavs 2022 campaign was pretty average with a finish of 3-7 and it is expected that Armstrong wants to seek out a team with an experienced coach and a winning pedigree.
