Alright, everyone. Take a breath. Week 9 is over, so we are all able to relax again. Sit back. Maybe have an IPA. Get ready for the rest of the World Series, which isn’t seeming to give any rest or relaxation, either. A good way to wind down after a long weekend is to review the Twittersphere. The only problem with that is Twitter is a ginormous place with millions of bajillions of tweets. I did it for you. Because I love you.

Penn State at the Horseshoe was obviously the game of the weekend. Actually, it is probably the game of the year thus far. Really it’s probably going to be the game of the rest of the season. J.T. Barrett is the best quarterback of all time, Penn State has worse closing speed than Patrick Chung. They hold 18 point leads less effectively than me when I just took my dinner out of the microwave (for reference, I had two potatoes for dinner and that’s why the analogy makes sense).

Now, Ohio State is firmly in the Playoff conversation and J.T. Barrett is firmly in the Heisman talks. But more important than anything, look at that field storm. Is it the best possible scenario for a field storm? Probably not. But did they make up for it by having the best damn field storming of the year? Most definitely. They were missing something disrespectful from a player like a flag or making out with an opponent’s sister or something, but it was still fantastic.

It’s fucking #KiffinSzn, ladies and gents. Yes, Lane the Brain (nickname still being workshopped) is once again on the top of the coaching universe. It’s where he belongs. He has an electric running back highlighting an offense that is just absolutely obscene. It’s hotter than Butch Jones’ seat or Megan Fox in the first Transformers movie. This is the way college football is supposed to be. Kiffin in a college town with smoke shows coaching at an electric factory, leading Conference USA en route to a decent bowl. And he’s the best Twitter recruiter in the history of college football. Give me Kiffin or give me death.

I just really thought this one was funny. So much for experts. Reminder # 1 quintillion why hot takes are essential to sports media.
