BREAKING: Tik Tok heartthrob and Oregon Softball superstar, Haley Cruse, appears to be off the market.
Well fellas, we tried. For months we’ve awkwardly tweeted, dm’ed, commented, along with other simpful actions all in hopes of catching the attention of Oregon’s Haley Cruse. It appears that we have failed.
Today Haley posted a Tik Tok, in typical fashion, but this one sent simp nation into a frenzy. This one featured UCLA Bruins Outfielder Garrett Mitchell and immediately made us pose the question, “Is this the sports world’s new power couple?”
There has not been any official confirmation from either party but Haley’s retweets today have all but confirmed our worst nightmares.
This isn’t even the first Tik Tok of hers Mitchell has co-starred in. On April 28th the two did a wall sit challenge together in honor of Alex Wilcox.
This news comes off the heels of her decision to return to Oregon for her extra year of eligibility granted by the NCAA due to the cancellation of the 2020 spring sports seasons.
Should we be happy for the two if this is actually a thing? Absolutely. Does it suck that it’s not me? Absolutely. Regardless, congrats to Haley and Garret! May your relationship be filled with Tik Tok trends and dingers.
