It’s a big night for the NBA with a slate of 12 games on Wednesday, January 4th. I’ve made bets on three of these games, and in this piece, I’ll share my top three NBA bets for the evening. From Toronto to Sacramento, there are plenty of games to choose from, but I’ve narrowed it down to my top three picks. Whether you’re a seasoned bettor or new to the game, these bets are worth considering for tonight’s action.

De’Aaron Fox Over 35.5 Points+Rebs+Asts -122

Fox has started the 2023 season strong, averaging 28 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 6 assists in two games. He has also had three 30-point games against the Hawks and hit the over on this prop bet in three of his last four games. The Kings have been playing well, while the Hawks have struggled in their last four games. Fox also performs better at home, averaging 24.3 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 6.2 assists. He will likely face off against Trae Young or Dejounte Murray, and if it’s Young, this over should hit early.

Toronto Raptors -4.5

The Raptors have struggled recently, but they have the advantage over the Bucks, who are missing Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton and played last night. Toronto has covered their last five games against the Bucks and has won seven of the last 10 matchups. The Bucks’ star player, Giannis Antetokounmpo, will likely be tired after his performance last night, while the Raptors will be at full capacity.

Under 217 (Suns Cavaliers)

This game should see a low score due to fatigue on both sides. The Suns have had six flights in the past 11 days, while the Cavaliers played in a double overtime thriller recently. Cleveland is also likely to be without Darius Garland, and if Evan Mobley returns, it will boost their defense. The under has hit in 9 of the last 12 meetings between these two teams in Cleveland. Donavan Mitchell had 71 points in his last game, but he may struggle tonight. This game has a 105-100 feel to it and the total should go under.
