Hello, it is I, the guardian angel of the 2019 Georgia Bulldogs. I’m here to say that Georgia will beat LSU in the SEC championship game.

Let me say that I have been so high on this Georgia team since the preseason. They were my number one team every week until they lost to South Carolina. Even then, they only fell to six in my rankings.

Currently, they sit at five in my rankings, but with a win, they will get in. I am of the belief that they are pound-for-pound, one of the best in the nation.

Let’s break this game down. LSU has the number two scoring offense in the nation but with the 35th ranked defense in the nation. Obviously, LSU is led by Joe Burrow, who will be the Heisman winner this season.

On the other side, Georgia is the complete opposite. Georgia is the 55th ranked offense in football with the fourth-best defense. But do not be fooled by that offensive rank, Georgia will be ready to score a lot of points this weekend.

Obviously Georgia is playing for a playoff spot. It is simple, win and you are in. With this, I believe that Georgia will play its best game of the season.

LSU is most likely a lock for the playoffs, win or lose. So at this point, LSU is playing for the right to not play Clemson. Which, by the way, is stupid. If I had a vote, LSU would be out with a loss.

So how will Georgia do it? Simple, have the best offensive game of the season. I know that is not that simple but the gambler in me is having faith.

If you are a gambler you have said: “I just have a feeling (insert team here) is going to go off.” I have that feeling with Georgia. If they can hold with the LSU offense, and they have the defensive talent to do so, they should win.

Georgia’s season lies in the hands of Jake Fromm, D’Andre Swift, and George Pickens. If they can click, they will win and go to the playoff. If they don’t click, they are doomed.
