Matthew Baldwin, the former Ohio State redshirt freshman QB will be joining the Horned Frogs in the fall. Baldwin initially announced that he would leave Columbus with this tweet back in April:
Baldwin will reportedly apply for a waiver to play right away, but there’s no guarantee he would be the starter. TCU already has former 5-star Justin Rogers, 4-star freshman Max Duggan, Kansas State grad-transfer Alex Delton and senior Michael Collins.
