Suffering your second loss of the season is a death blow to almost all teams in the country. That came true this week for all of the teams eliminated below. We’ve never had a two loss champion in the current format and I don’t see it happening anytime soon. Other teams find themselves on the brink of elimination with just one slip up, which is one of the reasons that college football is fun throughout the whole year.

Week 3 Eliminations: Central Michigan, Kent State, Miami (OH), UCONN, Tulane, Tulsa, New Mexico, Wyoming, Colorado State, Fresno State, UL Lafayette, Texas State, Idaho, UL Monroe, New Mexico State, Boston College, Pittsburgh, Texas, Nebraska, Missouri, Stanford, Middle Tennessee, North Texas, Old Dominion, Rice, Western Kentucky

Week 4 Playoff Games of the Week:

Texas A&M vs. Arkansas

NC State at Florida State

Notre Dame at Michigan State
